When creating an account with us, we require you to provide your conference, station, district,
local church name.
In addition, you will also be required to provide your full name, email address & phone number.
If you email us, we may keep your message, email address, and contact information to respond to your request.
Our system may also collect you IP address, location information & any other information you directly enter into this system.

How do we use
the information we collect from you?
We use the information you provide to us for record purposes. We do not and are not in any
obligation to share
this information with any third party sites.
However, the information held with us may be shared to your conference, station, or district
pastor on
request or by providing
a dashboard where they may view the local church records without provision for any
alteration.
The local church treasurer is always in control of the giving records on this platform. In some instances, you may be actively required to grant temporary access to the conference, station, or district pastor.
Your IP address & location is also used to help identify you and your time spent on our application, and to gather broad demographic information. This allows us to understand your usage of the application & inform you when we detect suspicious activity. We do not use this information for any other purposes.

The receipts, reports, name, emails & any other information you provide to us is stored in blocks which makes it hard to be read by a third party without using our own software.

your, conference, station, district pastor to view & download giving records.
Only the local church treasurer is able to edit, or see member personal details e.g. giving details, name, email or phone number.
We are only able to see the number of members you have, the number of times you have accessed the system & the system logs.
We do not share or sell member's information or monitor giving records.
We provide data backups and ensure that your information is always secure.
